Panic Disorder

Panic disorder is an anxiety disorder characterized by unexpected episodes of intense fear accompanied by physical symptoms that may include chest pain, racing heartbeat, shortness of breath or dizziness. Panic is not necessarily brought on by an identifiable circumstance. However, excessive stress or other negative life events can trigger an attack.

Summit Research Network occasionally participates in research studies for Panic Disorder. If you would like more information about Panic Disorder studies please call us at (503) 228-CARE (2273), or fill out the form below and we will contact you.
